Top 10 for week ending Apr 29, 2007
Rank Wrestler
1

Shawn Michaels

HBK and Cena got together to tear it up on RAW. With two classics in the past few weeks, it's hard to not rank these guys high on the list.

2

John Cena

Cena turns in another MOTY candidate in the rematch with Michaels. Although HBK will wind up getting most of the credit, it takes two to tango and Cena did everything well.

3

CM Punk

With Bobby Lashley mostly busy on RAW, it seems as if Punk has become the number one guy on ECW TV of late. Should be interesting to see if his summer of '07 will surpass his summer of '05 in ROH.

4

Undertaker

The Deadman puts in another great match, this time another tag match with Batista. Their feud has been good but it's time to move onto something else.

5

Batista

A shame for Batista that he will probably be out of the title picture soon, since he's done so well in the feud with 'Taker. Should be a good Backlash match if their WM 23 match was any indication.

6

MVP

MVP continues to be one of Smackdown's most entertaining personalities, battling another "World Champion" before having a great Backlash Preview with Chris Benoit.

7

Rob Van Dam

Word is out now that RVD turned down WWE's most recent contract offer, but in the here and now he's still the top guy in the ECW originals. It would be a shame to see him go.

8

Elijah Burke

Burke is having a great year so far, already one of ECW's Top Five. This week, his unique relationship with CM Punk continued.

9

Sting

TNA may have botched the "Dream Match" with Kurt Angle, but it was off to a great start. Also, Stinger's match with Christian Cage on Impact was very solid.

10

Chris Benoit

Turns out another great match with MVP. Will Backlash finally see the end of his US title reign?
