  • TNA Bound For Glory

    Posted on 9/14/07 4:56 PM

Ladies and Gentelmen, Soon to be TazMania1989 fans, this blog is to adress Total Non-stop action wrestling and more importantly the Bound For Glory pay per view. I for one am psyched for the biggest event of the year from the fastest growing promotion in the world and I'm not happy for it to just be my oppinion that this pay per view will rock so I am going to go through it and hopefully it soon will be your oppinion that BFG is set to be event of the year.

Now first off lets look at the matches:

    TNA World Heavyweight Championship Match
    Kurt Angle vs. Sting

    TNA X Division Championship Match
?Black Machismo? Jay Lethal vs. ?The Fallen Angel? Christopher Daniels

TNA World Tag Team Championship Match
Team Pacman vs. ?The Phenomenal? AJ Styles & Tomko

The Return Of The Ultimate X Match
The Latin American Xchange vs. Triple X

    There Must Be A Winner
?The Samoan Submission Machine? Samoa Joe vs. ?The Instant Classic? Christian Cage
    Special Enforcer: Matt Morgan

    Tables Match
The Steiner Brothers vs. Team 3D

    Knockouts Gauntlet Match
To Determine The First TNA Women?s World Champion - featuring Christy Hemme, Gail Kim, Ms. Brooks, Jackie Moore, Roxxy Laveaux and more ladies to be announced!

    Fight For The Right Match
Featuring TNA stars battling for a shot at the TNA World Heavyweight Championship

This is a card that is solid from the bottom to the top, there is not one match that you can honestly look at and say DUD, heck there isn't even a match that on paper cold be any less than a 3 star bout with the exeption of maybe Team Pacman against AJ and Tomko.

Steiners vs. 3D, a rematch to die for, think about it as for quality entertainment from a wrestling show this match offers it. With the heat coming off the back of this one Rick and Scott have to be pissed off and Ray and Devon play thier heel role so well.

The crowning Womens title match has the potential to be a great thing, TNA's current women wrestlers are brimming with talent but the 5 unannounced is where the awesomeness lies. Sirelda, Ariel, Rebecca Knox and more with this one the possibilitys are endless.

Then we have Joe vs. Cage 3, the ending to the long underlying fued between the two. Both men still full of charisma and when they fight they split the impact zone in terms of support, with Matt Morgan in the mix the result of this one is pretty unclear however either way as long as the match ends cleanly i will be happy.

Next up is the coup de gras of TNA speciality matches, Ultimate X and with the two greatest tag teams in TNA history going at it in this type of match well we are all in for a treat. From Homicide and Hernandez' smash and bash style going against Senshi and Skipper's stiff and highflying styles this one is going to be a 'oh my god' moment slugfest guarenteed.

Then we have THE X division match of the year, period. Jay Lethal vs. Daniels for the X title and from thier exibition match on iMPACT the past week we are in for a hella awesome match. From ariel action to excellent ground based matwork, this match will have it all.

I'm going to only quickly touch on this match, it's Aj and Tomko against Team Pacman. We know pacman can't bring anything but Killings will put on a good back and forth with AJ and Tomko so good stuff there. Not a complete dud but maybe a 2 star match.

Kurt Angle vs. Sting is of course set to be awesome, both men can still go and i have a feeling Sting will be go'ing straight into his next title run. Angle recently has shown greatness and Sting has just been great week in and week out. Karen Angle may cost Sting the match, or Kurt the match by accident but i hope this one ends cleanly.

I wont discuss the reverse battle royal because i dont know the competitors. I hope Kaz wins.

I also hope that we get this rumoured Monsters Ball 4, Abyss vs. Mesias vs. Harris vs. Black Reign could be fu**ing awesome.

So as you see, this event not only out does WrestleMania but outdoes any pay per view that has been done in recent years. TNA and the wrestling business is looking very much up.

A great match with Bobby Roode at TNA's No Surrender pay per view and consistantly pulling out awesome matches. There is no reason why Kaz shouldn't be number one.
