Randy Orton

Ready to reign again, Orton make Cena look stupid on Monday. Just stupid. I'm looking forward to Summerslam, and I know Randy is too.

2

Santino Marella

Santino's character is really developing now, and I enjoyed his antics on Raw almost more than anything else this week. Time for Plan B, indeed.

3

Umaga

Umaga left Carlito, Kennedy, and the Cabana behind in his path of destruction this week. It's rare when a character who doesn't really speak gets this over.

4

Mr. Kennedy

At the last minute, Kennedy's been lined up for an Intercontinental title shot, which at least keeps him on the map.

5

Carlito

Like Kennedy, Carlito's been thrown into the Intercontinental Championship match at Summerslam, which is better than doing nothing.

6

Jamie Noble

Noble earned the #1 contender's spot for the Cruiserweight Championship; all that remains is to see if he can prevail against the luck of the Irish.

7

John Morrison

With The Miz's help, Morrison got one over on 'Chester McCheeserton' Punk and The Boogeyman this week. But Morrison won't have help at Summerslam; can he still score a victory over Punk?

8

Balls Mahoney

Balls Mahoney shocked the world this week by winning a match, and against Elijah Burke no less.

9

Funaki

Although Funaki's win can be entirely attributed to Chavo Guerrero's obsession with the returning Rey Mysterio, come on, how many times does Funaki win a match?

10

Big Daddy V

V continued his dominance this week, beating Tommy Dreamer at his own game in an Extreme Rules match.

1

Matt Hardy

Matt Hardy will not die, and he won't step back from a challenge, even if that challenge is Evander Holyfield... who gave Hardy respect. Plus, he might just be Vince McMahon's illegitimate child.

2

John Cena

The Champ put aside his differences with Umaga, took out Orton once and Carlito twice, although Orton got the best of him in the end. Plus, he might just be Vince McMahon's illegitimate child.

3

Umaga

Proving to be a valuable ally, he made sure John Cena wasn't outnumbered Monday night. As a fan-favorite, things are looking up for Umaga. Plus, he might just be Vince McMahon's illegitimate child.

4

CM Punk

'Cappucino Machine' Punk came up with a huge win at SNME over John Morrison in their tag match. Will the championship belong to him soon? Plus, he might just be Vince McMahon's illegitimate child.

5

Boogeyman

The Boogeyman had an impressive week, putting John Morrison out of his element on ECW, then tagging with 'Car Mechanic' Punk at SNME. Plus, he might just be Vince McMahon's illegitimate child.

6

Randy Orton

The Legend Killer is poised to claim another championship, but keeps coming up short against Cena. For now, he can use the experience. Plus, he might just be Vince McMahon's illegitimate child.

7

Carlito

Carlito is back in the upper midcard at last, and his work with Cena this week was good, even if he wasn't victorious in either encounter. Plus, he might just be Vince McMahon's illegitimate child.

8

Ron Simmons

Ron Simmons is your WWE Idol, and he also shut up Marella with a big SLAM! Plus, he might just be Vince McMahon's illegitimate child.

9

Big Daddy V

We got a double dose of V this week, who showed unchallenged dominance by defeating both 'College Mascot' Punk and Tommy Dreamer. Plus, he might just be Vince McMahon's illegitimate child.

10

Armando Estrada

Finally, ECW has a General Manager: Armando... Alejaaandro... Esssssssssstrrrrrrrrrada! Plus, he might just be Vince McMahon's illegitimate child.

1

John Cena

After holding Carlito's Cabana hostage this week, Cena had a good match with Umaga in the main event. Next week should be interesting.

2

Umaga

Umaga's on a roll lately, and seems to be easily transitioning into a face character.

3

CM Punk

Congratulations are due to 'Circus Maximus' Punk, who gets another shot at John Morrison and the ECW title.

4

William Regal

One short battle royal later, we finally have a Raw GM! Regal was a real cut-up Monday night as the host of the WWE Dating Game. Now how about ECW, Vince?

5

Sandman

Gotta give Sandman credit, he'd have won that battle royal if Regal hadn't played dirty. But at least we don't have to see Sandman try to run the show.

6

The Great Khali

Khali defeated Ric Flair on Smackdown this week; unsubstantiated rumor has it that afterwards, Batista cried backstage.

7

Matt Hardy

Matt Hardy had an underwhelming countout victory this week, as his match was overshadowed by the Hornswoggle storyline... but at least he's still in the picture.

8

Finlay

And then out of nowhere, Finlay reappeared! Where the hell has he been? Anyway, in the second coffee-spill-leads-to-feud storyline of the year, Finlay managed to get the jump on Kane.

9

Ron Simmons

What a HAM!

10

Batista

Batista continued his pointless feud with Deuce & Domino, defeating Domino. Good for you, Batista. Good for you.

1

Hornswoggle

FACT: Hornswoggle is single-handedly revitalizing the cruiserweight division. Noble vs. Moore was unusually inspired this week, and it wasn't even over the title! Plus, pie throwing is funny.

2

Carlito

After weeks... nay, months of under-midcard mediocrity, Carlito bounces back with a surprise win over John Cena. Just a lucky break or a sign of things to come?

3

CM Punk

With a win over Elijah Burke and Tommy Dreamer, 'Choosy Mom' Punk is in line for another shot at the ECW Championship. Should he lose, here's hoping he stays away from Morrison as promised.

4

Mr. Kennedy

Great week for Kennedy, who methodically, mercilessly put Lashley on the shelf. That's a bold statement for anyone to be able to make, and no one makes bolder statements than Mr. Kennedy!

5

Matt Hardy

Matt's been struggling with MVP lately, but now really seems to be getting under his skin. First Matt won at arm wrestling (mostly a psychological game), then MVP walked, resulting in a count-out.

6

Umaga

For once, Umaga gave us something to cheer about as he shut up Santino Marella, who is clearly no fun to be around when he's drunk and depressed. Does Santino like wine, or does Santino like whine?

7

Randy Orton

Orton's been on a legend-killing kick lately, and Sgt. Slaughter was his latest victim. But could easy prey like an out-of-his-prime Slaughter be distracting Orton from his real target: John Cena?

8

Stevie Richards

As always, Stevie put forth a valiant effort before Kevin Thorn defea... wait, Stevie won? He won a match? On TV, in 2007? Stevie Richards WON A MATCH? STEVIE RICHARDS WON A MATCH?

9

Jerry "The King" Lawler

Although he's clearly outmatched, "The King" has refused to back down to Booker T's wrongful demands, for which Jerry should be applauded.

10

Jimmy Wang Yang

Busting out of the cruiserweight division, Wang Yang took on and took out Kenny Dykstra this week on Smackdown, which probably won't elevate him any but was fun to watch.
