Top 10 for week ending Jun 24, 2007
Rank Wrestler
1

Randy Orton

Is it time for a second championship reign for Orton? His sudden victory in the championship-caliber tag team match on Raw gives him a psychological edge this Sunday.

2

Chris Benoit

One down, one to go? The odds-on favorite to be the next ECW World Champion, Chris Benoit claimed a victory over Elijah Burke this week and will challenge Sunday for the title!

3

CM Punk

Benoit won't have things easy on Sunday if Punk has anything to say about it. It's not his first opportunity at the gold, but it'll be his best. Find out if he can capitalize, only on PAY-PER-VIEW!

4

Matt Hardy

Defeated Finlay in a stunning victory on Smackdown. Not only was it an exciting match, but Hardy pulled off a serious upset, thwarting Finlay's cheap shot with the shillelagh.

5

Batista

Came up with a decisive victory on Smackdown, looking better than he has in recent weeks. Seems like Ric Flair has been like a good luck charm for him. Will that luck continue Sunday?

6

Finlay

Not to be forgotten, Finlay lost to Matt Hardy on Friday, but their match was one of the best offerings this week. With how quickly Hardy's progressing up the ranks, losing to him is no big deal.

7

Edge

Couldn't get things done against Batista and Flair this week (misjudged the timing on the spear by just a couple of seconds) but he's still a strong champion heading into the PPV.

8

The Brian Kendrick

Kendrick & London looked great this week following their draft to Raw, and took down the highly esteemed World's Greatest Tag Team. They're easily worthy of championship contention on Raw.

9

Paul London

Kendrick & London looked great this week following their draft to Raw, and took down the highly esteemed World's Greatest Tag Team. They're easily worthy of championship contention on Raw.

10

John Cena

Wasn't able to make a big impact in the ring this week during competition, but lit the crowd with an electric promo that put the focus back where it ought to be: the in-ring action.
