Just read my blog to see my stance on this. They had an oppurtunity to give somebody new a push, but instead, they give it to somebody with more yars behind him than ahead.

I'm going to vote for "William Regal was the right choice" for now because I'm curious where they are going with this. Is Regal vs. HHH or Regal vs. Cena going to be the next big program on RAW? I'm curious...

I think Regal is one of the best in the business, so I was almost tempted to vote for him, but I do think it is a somewhat questionable time to give him a push. I voted for Finlay simply because he and Matt Hardy were the only two out of the other five people who I thought were qualified to win it who hadn't been voted for yet, and I figured someone would eventually vote for Matt. The only two I would really argue against in this poll would be Hornswoggle and Khali.

I'm okay with Regal?the King of the Ring title is used these days as more of a gimmick than anything else, and having a King who is also the General Manager could prove to be interesting.
