why would you do a Koslov Title run with Triple H, Jeff Hardy, Edge, Taker, and Big Show all on the program? For the life of me, I will never understand WWE's fascination with monster heels.

I don't have a problem with Koslov's push OR gimmick. Unlike 'Taker, Show, or Kane who are pushed as "Superhuman", Koslov has only been booked in "squash" matches against guys that couldn't "believably" defeat him. He's yet to face a wrestler of similar height and weight (and the WWE has a plethora on hand), and I'm assuming that when he does, it WON'T be in such a dominant fashion.

That's exactly my problem with monster heels, they get over by being booked as unstoppable. Then when they jump up the card they go nowhere because they can't work the mic and the crowd has soured to them due to the large number of squash matches they've been in and the typically menacing gimmick they have. So now you have someone who is going to be pulling high card jobs, but you don't want to diminish them as threats and you don't want them to lose that unstoppable aura, so you put them in Title matches against people like Cena and Triple H, they completely dominate the match, and then at the end their opponent pulls out a predictable win, and they disappear until the next champion needs to look like there's no way he'll be able to keep the Title, but by then everyone's gotten so used to the formula that they're not all that interested in the monster heel anymore, the monster heel pulls some jobs and gets some mid-card wins, and 6 months later he's either being wished the best in his future endeavors or not appearing on TV at all (See Umaga, Khali, and the future Mr. Koslov).
