It seems to me that one of the problems in the WWE is that they are spread to thin in some areas and too thick in others. Right now we have TWO tag titles but only about 2 or 3 legitimate tag teams. We have TWO women's titles and only about 10 women wrestlers. We have a ton of cruiserweights but nothing for them to do except job. My idea would be for a realignment.
First off, UNIFY the two tag titles to ONE Tag Title and put that title on Smackdown. Then let the legitimate tag teams (Ryder/Hawkins, Rhodes/Dibiase, Miz/Morrison) and some newly made teams (for example: Burchill/Regal or Umaga/Khali or Kennedy/MVP etc.) go at it for the title.
Secondly UNIFY the 2 women's titles to ONE Diva's Title and put that title on RAW. Let the 6 or 7 legit women wrestlers (Mickie, Victoria, Natalya, Melina, Beth, Jilian, Katie Lea) go at it for the gold. Let the eye candy be valets or managers.
Lastly, RECREATE the Cruiserwight Title and put that title on ECW. With guys like Bourne, Chavo, London, Noble, Kendrick, Mysterio, Delaney, Yang etc. you could have a competitive CW division that would give those guys something to shoot for. I mean does anyone really see any of those guys I mentioned winning a World, US or IC title anytime soon? Put in a cruiserweight title and let them go at.
I think this would bring more order and competitiveness to those divisions. It would also make those titles MEAN SOMETHING.

I agree, only I don't think the brands would work in this situation. For example, I think they would do well to feature more women's matches, but if they restrict them to Raw it's going to put a restriction on how many matches can be featured anyways. I think maybe it's time to do away with the brands. I think having certain Titles remain exclusive does nothing but limit them, and I think it would work out better if they just said anyone can go for any Title.

i would love to see Burchill and Regal team up again as long as Burchill doesn't become a pirate again. Of course the WWE could be smart and bring back the cruiserweight title and or bring together new tag teams. I wrote a while back conserning Matt and Jeff Hardy and in it i said if the WWE wants to save the tag division they'd have those two team up for a while and well thats what they need to do right now.

I should have clarified. When I say put the title on a show, I don't mean make it exclusive to the wrestlers on that show. I mean feature it on that show. Of course there will be Divas, Tag Teams and Cruiserweights on the shows and those wrestlers would challenge for the those titles. But the titles would be defended on the show that features them. This would allow some cross brand activity.

If I could make some WWE title changes, right now all I'd do is bring the TV title back to ECW. The roster there is small but it seems like such a revolvig door that a secondary title wouldn't be so bad.
I don't really like the idea of a Cruiserweight title coming back unless they kill the brand split. Just too many CWs in different roster spots.

I'm agreed.
Unify the tag team titles and make it available for all tag teams regardless of what show they are on.
Same with unifying the Intercontinental and United States.
Do not bring back any ECW titles whatsoever aside from the main belt now. It's only an hour of air time. More championships on ECW will take away from that minimal air time and the superstars on ECW will have even less exposure. ECW is all about taking developmental guys and pushing them up to either RAW or Smackdown. There's no reason to have a tag belt or mid-card belt on ECW. They have like 1 tag team and everyone on there is trying to become mid-carders.
And there was talk of bringing back the cruiserweight championship. They put it on horny and then did the mcmahon son storyline to deter everyones attention away from the fact hornswaggle was the champ. And then they just let it die out. They wanted to bring the CW division back but with a different name. Making it similar to X division. Ultimately I think that's just what the ECW championship is going to evolve to.

What about it? It became a joke in the WWE. Better to not have it that have the idiotic 24/7 angle. They could just make ECW a hardcore title if they so choose.
