Taker, Edge match needs more of a push!
by DoubleL on 3/14/08 11:55 PM
The years Smackdown World Heavyweight title match at Wrestlemania is huge! You couldn't have asked for two bigger stars to represent Smackdown. One, the Legend, the dead man, the Undertaker with an unbeaten streak of 15-0 at the grandest stage of them all, Wrestlemania and his opponent, Edge. A man who is Smackdowns World Heavyweight Champion and two time Money in the bank winner and used both opportunities to his advantage to win both the WWE championship (from Cena) and the World Heavyweight title (from Taker). Edge is one of the smartest champions WWE has had in recent years and I believe he will get the better of Taker and finally putting an end to his streak at Wrestlemania. The title will reign over the streak this year!

I totally DISagree with you in the fact that edge will beat Taker, it will never be broken, Its just going to be one of those untouchable streaks. But I do agree with you that it needs a bigger push. Edge is a great wrestler, and taker is top 10 all time. Their match has the potential to be one of the greatest of all times. I truly think this will be the best technical match of Wrestlemania 24!

You lost all of your credibility when you said that Edge would actually win.

I completely disagree that Edge will win. I do however believe that, similar to the Batista/Taker match, it will be the greatest match of the year. I wish I could watch it, but ill have to wait for the DVD.

the WWE is doing the same thing do every single time before wrestlemania have the champion get away from the challenger repeadetly and have the challenger win and how could u even think that Edge will end the Deadmans streak the WWE won't have the Deadman ever lose at Mania

Edge is a great Champion, he generates a lot of heat to his character and with him going up against one of the greatest stars in the WWE which "creative" will probably keep the streak alive but I'm pulling for Edge cause no matter what he used whatever advantage he could get to win both the WWE and the World Heavyweight Championship two times a piece and i believe that he will find a way to pull this one out too!
