You know I wasn't even going to put an entry on here tonight and now I have to. WWE let me say this: I hope that TNA buries you someday the way that you buried WCW and ECW. I am so sick of your pathetic outcomes and forseeable stories. And as for your so-called "divas", they are some of the hottest women on television but that doesn't make them athletes. You can take your women's title belt and scrap it for all it is worth now.
FUCKING CANDACE PINNED BETH PHOENIX? COME THE FUCK ON.....are you really serious? Hey WWE I have a GREAT IDEA...let me go out and get Nicole Bass(you remember her,right Vince?)Chyna,Asya(Christi Wolf)and Midnight(Anne Marie Crooks)and Candace can just run through them all in a gauntlet match. Seeing as how she beat Victoria all the way into the basement of Smackdown, and now she can't even beat Michele McCool! Now she has beaten the strongest,most athletic and in my opinion best looking diva of them all in what probably was a joke of a match. Candace's matches usually are pathetic as she doesn't finish her moves and looks awkward in the ring. My point is give us some actual(I know it's asking alot)reasons to watch the womens matches. I mean other than the obvious T and A in the mix. Twirling in a fucking circle and getting collagen in your lips and a nose job doesnt make you a champion! GIVE THE DAMN BELT TO BETH OR LET HER GO TO A FEDERATION WHERE SHE CAN....oh wait no one else has a women's division...hang in there Beth, they will run out of bimbos soon enough....no the diva search is on again...dammit!

TNA "No Surrender" is less than 9 hours away and I still have a few questions.....Can Kurt Angle hold all that gold and go 3 for 3 tonight? Has anyone ever fought 3 matches in one night before? Lastly has anyone EVER held as much gold at one time than Kurt Angle? Who is James Mitchell's son? You will have to bear with me, this is my FIRST TNA pay-per view. I am going to go out on a limb and watch the un-authorized WCW tonight for the hell of it. I like some of the newer performers, but trying to make the Steiner Brothers a tag-team power again? Rick looked horribly out of shape, Scotty hasn't had a good match since he fought Triple H at a WWE pay-per-view in either 01' or 02' in London I think. Steiner looked just as bad then as he does now. He can't move anymore, but if I did 'roids for years and years i'd be rigid too.
Why the hell don't they just bring back the Filthy Animals or the MisFits In Action! On another note I was tremendously saddened by the loss of Brian Adams aka Crush. I always liked Brian as Crush and then in nWo . But when they teamed him with Bryan Clarke and formed Kronik I was sold. Then so was WCW at the time, Kronik had a very limited run in the Invasion Angle. But there is one match I will always remember because it was a TRUE HEAVYWEIGHT CLASSIC: The Brothers Of Destruction(Taker & Kane)versus Kronik(Adams & Clarke)and damn Vince for saying that Adams and Clarke "Weren't ready for the Big Time yet"! Despite objections from Calloway and Jacobs as they were personal friends of Clarke and Adams they were both released from duty. My thoughts and prayers go out to Brian's family.

Hey all i'm back for another blazing additon of what I, from now on will call my Daily Rant(which I will try to update dilligently)! I watched tonight's edition of TNA Impact which I normally don't do. But I figured that because I am doing this now I will broaden my horizons a bit!
Kaz versus Tomko
Pretty much what I expected from Tomko, the usually stiff and rigid offense and in-ring aura that he exhibits on a regular basis. I am not to familiar with Kaz, but he was some-what impressive to me with his quickness and aerial assault. In no way is he a Jeff Hardy or Jerry Lynn but he has some style. I thought that Tomko spent some time working in Japan? Shouldn't he have improved a bit...maybe I am being too harsh.
Samoa Joe versus Raven
Wow, I remember a Raven that was an ECW World Champion, a WCW Television and U.S. Champion, not to mention a WCW Tag Team Champion and a multiple time WCW and WWE Hardcore Champion. Now he is apparently fallen by the way of the jobber. Now Samoa Joe, there's a cornerstone that you can anchor a promotion off of! With a Goldberg-esque winning streak and the submission stylings of Taz(spelled with ONE Z like in the REAL ECW), not Vinnie Mac's kiddie version of the legendary promotion. Yet I digress from my point, that is Samoa Joe is a very talented wrestler IN-RING. But god PLEASE KEEP THE MICROPHONE OUT OF HIS HANDS! Wow Joe, you made Raven tap out to the rear naked choke, I was impressed with how bad the timing on all of the irish whip moves! Neither of them had a clue, then the Christian Coalition beat the hell out of 2 Samoan Dancers while Joe was handcuffed to the turnbuckle, that is something that has never been seen before(cough..nWo..)
Main Event:Dream Team versus Black Machismo and Abyss
Sting and Angle are a dream team of sorts, but with the way the story line is moving there won't be much of an opportunity to develop any cohesivness as a unit. But the Team PacMan thing is just way too much for me. Ron Killings is ONE hell of an athlete, so is PacMan. But he is so damn tiny looking. Obviously he is in good shape, he is an NFL player. But I am almost bigger than him! Before you say "This guy is bigger built than PacMan?" Well lemme put it to you this way, I am 6'3" and I weigh 192 lbs with 9% bodyfat. I also workout 5 to 6 days a week in case your wondering. Sting is old no doubt, but Angle is the spark of the team so it is a good balance. Jay Lethal is endlessly talented with his offensive arsenal, Abyss could bitch slap pretty much anyone in TNA in my opinion so it was natural to see that Black Hole Slam put Angle down for the 1-2-3.
Out of 5 stars I gave the show a 2. The action was choppy the storylines are those apparently left in Atlanta by Vince Russo and Ed Ferrarra back in the earlier part of the decade. I still like some of the individual wrestlers in TNA but as a brand they have work to do in my opinion. The change to a two-hour format should help them develop their stories a bit more! And that is all it is, my opinion. I could be completely off base with this. If I am let me know, drop me a line on my youtube page, post a comment on this blog. "This is my first time, be gentle." So the WWE has suspended and fired some ten wrestlers for violating a "wellness plan"....hmm didnt see that one coming, but some of the names on the list leave me to ponder a couple questions:
1)Chavo Guerrero, Gregory Helms,Funaki and Simon Dean. Are you
serious? What about Gene Snitsky and Chris Masters? Like the acne all over their faces,chests and backs isnt a tell-tale sign of steroids.
2)Is all this seriously necessery due to the Chris Benoit incident? Please don't think that I am making light of the tragedy that befell the Benoit Family but im sorry to say that steroids were not so much the culprit in my opinion. The real culprit was a life that had been lived on the edge of quiet chaos in a grueling sport for some years and it finally came to a horrible and terrifying end. That isnt any reason to start going all MLB vs. Barry Bonds now is it?
3)The WWE has LONG misused certain Divas, why do the REAL ATHLETIC women get screwed over as far as pushes go? Probably due to the fact that Vince and his crack team of writers(I didnt want to use any profanity,but I can't help it when it comes to this subject)! Lemme give you a prime example: Lisa Marie Varone a.k.a. Victoria. Before they shipped her off to the bowels of the Smackdown locker room they had this former fitness competitor, who at one time carried enough muscle on her frame to compare to Beth Phoenix, job to the likes of Maria and Candice Michelle? ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS? Maria is cute, but give me a break. Don't even get me started on Collogen Michelle...oops..I mean Candice. Victoria is a savy ring competitor and a beautiful woman with a LOT of SKILL. She may not have Double D's , but she is still talented none the less. Beth Phoenix on the other hand, in her second "call up to the show" is apparently afforded all the opportunity that Victoria got shafted out of. Now I am NOT IN ANY WAY slighting Beth because I adore everything about her. SHE IS A WRESTLER, not a plastic looking wanna be Barbie a la Stacey Kiebler or Torrie Wilson. Beth could destroy ANY diva in her path...her and Victoria would be a great matchup for the Womens Title down the line if the story line was given the proper push. She has the in-ring ability, combo that with the obvious power that she posseses.
I know what your thinking..."But Pete, Victoria is a former Women's Champion! Yes she is, and she should still have that strap around that perfectly formed waist of hers!
I also hate what they did to Mickie James, she did NOT need to lose ANY weight, she looked fine. She still does as a matter of fact. Did anyone see the chemistry between her and young Cody Rhodes on Monday? What a lucky S.O.B. if there is actually anything to that!
