NO real huge POP for womens division.

The WWE woman?s division hasn't had that many memorable matches as of late. The only one that I can think of was Mickie James's win over Beth Phoenix to win the Woman?s Title, but leading up to that, nothing. With the absence of the two best female performers, Lita and Trish Stratus, the woman?s division has been in a huge slump. The roster of woman the WWE has today is talented but it just seems like they don?t know how to show it on television. With the entertainment value that Lita and Stratus showed in their matches were with great enthusiasm, you can see the pain in their faces because they could sell moves and play off one another just like the guys and the athleticism they had was very rewarding. These two women had tremendous matches together as well as with others like Molly Holly, Jazz and Victoria and with them Lita and Trish Stratus retired I doubt that the woman?s division will be as popular as it once was.
Right now the people that are standing out are Mickie James, Beth Phoenix, Melina and Victoria. Besides those women I only see one other who is making improvements in her matches, and that?s Michelle McCool. The rest of the woman are lacking in in-ring performance, personality and mic skills. It just seems as though the women are just there as eye candy, which I'm not saying is a bad thing. I just don't think that they are that great of wrestlers. Show them in vignettes, bask stage / looker room in a storyline or even in a bikini contest but don?t take up a match with horrible wrestling moves, it?s just a waste of air time. Like for instances take Ashley Massaro and Candace Michelle, both very sexy, but they lack a lot of skill in the ring, they are constantly getting hurt because they don't know how to protect themselves in the ring and their mic skills are horrible. I thought it was a really bad idea to put the woman's title on Candace Michelle because the chick cannot wrestle and having her walk around with the title being the ?top woman?s wrestler? was a joke. The majority of these females need to go back to wrestling school because they are not displaying good entertaining matches. I can say if the WWE woman?s division was put into a show with the woman?s division of the TNA roster, the WWE women would get man handled!

I absolutely agree, the women's division has been lackluster at it's best and Mickie James, not knocking her talent or anything because she's very skilled, but she still hasn't got the credibility to be compared with Trish or Lita even though she beat both of them for their titles at one point, and I also agree about the Candice Michelle issue, making her the Women's Champion before Mickie? Come on WWE, think with your brain instead of your hormones
