Imaginary Wrestling
by cptcharisma1157 on 3/2/08 1:01 PM
When I was really young my cousin was a part of the IWA, which is an imaginary wrestling league. I wanted to join, but I found that he had been spending around $50 on it. Naturally, I didn't have that kind of money.
Ever since then I'd been trying to find an imaginary league to join, but without spending a lot of money. Now I've become aware of some free imaginary wrestling leagues online. My question is this: can you refer me to any good imaginary leagues?
I've recently joined a site called "The Wrestling Game" (very creative name, i know..) And I find it to be a lot of fun. It's very Warcraft-like. You create a wrestler and build his stats as you gain EXP Points.
Is anybody else here a member of an imaginary or a fantasy wrestling league that they believe is the best of all? I wouldn't want to become consumed in this game, only to find that there is a better game out there. Putting all this time into a game would really piss me off, if I just end up quiting for another one.

Im not in a wrestling league or anything but my cousin and I created a wrestling fed when we were kids. We made all our own wrestlers and had matches on the trampoline. But then when i started to get into video games, I created guys and kind of recreated our created fed. Now, myself and three other friends play SvR with all our created wrestlers with indepth story lines and everything. We started in 2005, and in storyline years, we are in year 2016. Its real fun to do, having 3 matches a week and having 4 weeks in month and have a PPV. So basically, we would set up 12 matches for the 'month' and then create a 8 match PPV. In the begining, we didn't have cleaver or really anystory lines but as time went on we had more developed characters and stories.
